WHAT IS IT?
A converted, 18th century gunpowder store just above Smuggler's Cove at the western end of the island. 'The views are fantastic and the location is wonderful', says Edward Marquis, director of The Villa Book. 'The villa is on a point with cooling breezes. It's an enormously comfortable, peaceful place, with a terrific pool and lots of terraces and areas for sitting outside.
