A very comfortable, older-style villa, Bella Sur Mer is located on the west end of Grace Bay Beach in an area called Turtle Cove Beach. You couldn’t want for a better location – a powdery white sand beach is just 100 feet from the villa, and it is also just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Smith’s Reef, which is home to some of the best snorkelling on the island. Furthermore, it is just a 5 minute walk over the bridge to Turtle Cove, the very pretty marina, where you will find some of the most popular restaurants on Provo, both for casual and fine dining. Many fishing, diving and snorkelling operators are also located at Turtle Cove.
The accommodation is in two separate parts, a main upstairs level, with two bedrooms (with air conditioning units), and a separate self-contained downstairs apartment, also with two bedrooms. The downstairs apartment is more simply furnished that the main part of the villa. The large open living/dining room in the main villa opens to a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining area and views over the garden to the sea. Downstairs, the apartment opens to the garden. The property is available to rent for 4 people (main house only) or for 8 people (including the apartment).
The property has a private swimming pool (16 x 10 ft) which includes a shallow baby pool which flows into the main pool. The pool sits in an elevated position halfway between the house and the beach. It is surrounded by a pool deck which features a beautiful vine-covered gazebo. There are breathtaking views from the pool area of the shoreline and turquoise waters of Grace Bay.
