Villa Sky is an exceptionally spacious and comfortable house, perfect for both couples and families. Situated near Petite Saline, it has expansive views of the northwest coastline and the sea towards St. Martin and Anguilla. It is a quiet location, convenient to beaches, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants.
The upper terrace has two seating areas, one with a large hammock and swing, perfect for relaxing and watching the sun set over the ocean. The lower terrace too is comfortably furnished for relaxing outdoors, and has a 44’ heated swimming pool. A brand new air conditioned exercise room features a 20-inch LCD TV, a Life Fitness treadmill, semi-recumbent bicycle with heart monitor; Concept II rowing machine; incline/decline bench with 5 - 50 pound dumbbells; and an exercise ball and mats.
The villa has been recently completely redecorated throughout. The living room is large with four comfortable sofas and a big easy chair to enjoy the view. While most of the dining will be outside, there is a separate indoor dining room with a table and chairs for 8 people. For dining outdoors, there is a large table that can seat up to 20, a smaller dining table with comfortable seating for 6 and a barbecue. The TV room is separate from the living room and has a Dolby Digital 5.1 home theatre set up for the TV and DVD. There is also broadband Internet service with WIFI well as a fax machine. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
