This stunning villa has a fantastic location, right on Baie Rouge Beach with its own private beach access. The house is surrounded by tropical gardens and entrance is by electric security gate.

To the front of the house is a very large pool terrace furnished with comfortable sun loungers and outdoor dining table and chairs. A shady gazebo offers seating and views over the beach and the sea. Within the grounds, there is also a tennis court.

The interiors are wonderfully spacious and light with terracotta tiled floors and high pitched white ceilings with fans. The rooms are furnished with attractive country style and rattan Italian furniture. Amenities include satellite television, DVD, VCR, stereo CD/cassette player, a barbecue, a safe, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Entrance into large open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. Huge glass doors open all along the front of the living area to the sun terrace with swimming pool. The particularly spacious kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar, and also has a central worktop. Equipment includes hob, oven, large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. Utility room with washing machine/dryer. To one side of the living room is the master bedroom with king-size bed and opening to the pool terrace. En-suite bathroom with shower, double basin and WC. To the other side are two more bedrooms, one double with king-size bed, and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom (shower only) and opening to the terrace. Smaller double bedroom (with king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom.
