Facilities on Cap Estate include a championship 18-hole golf course, a racquet club offering both tennis and squash and two sandy beaches with good snorkelling.
The property has been designed with indoor/outdoor living in mind and the interiors blend perfectly with the four acres of lush tropical gardens surrounding the house. The rooms have been decorated throughout in cool greens, marble and white, with stone archways, and furnished with antiques. It has been used as a background for many fashion photography shoots.
The ground floor rooms open up to an open walkway with stone pillars and a lovely central palm courtyard. On the other side, the rooms open via louvred doors to the garden. Stone steps lead down from the garden to a lower level with swimming pool and a small green and white gazebo, surrounded by palms and trees. There is a resident cat and two dogs, which can be kept in a fenced area off the kitchen, if guests prefer. The access road to this property is quite rough, so a 4-wheel drive rental car is recommended.
