SURF'S UP

Surf’s Up is situated in the northern end of a newly built luxury beachfront condominium with direct access to gardens and the beach. It is located on Reed’s Beach, St. James, cose to historic Speightstown and Holetown. Tennis at Sugar Hill or Sandy Lane, and golf at Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane are within a 15 minute drive of the property. The white sand beach is ideal for both swimming and snorkelling.

Both bedrooms and the spacious living/dining room open to a large covered terrace with outdoor sitting and dining areas and views of the sea. The terrace has ceiling fan, wet bar and fridge, and is furnished with two pretty coral stone consoles and mirrors. Just beyond the terrace is a delightful spa pool/Jacuzzi (8 x 6’6”, and 3’ deep) and a sun terrace.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and well equipped, including TV with Direct TV, VCR, DVD, high speed ADSL internet access. Entry video phone and telephone extensions in both bedrooms. The bedrooms have air conditioning and there are ceiling fans throughout. Children are allowed by special arrangement only.

Large living/dining room, opening to covered terrace with outdoor dining area. Well equipped open-plan kitchen with built-in counter-top hob, oven and microwave, fridge with ice-maker and water dispenser, blender, coffee maker and juicer. Laundry closet with washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom (twin beds pushed together) with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms open to terraces.

Cook/maid/laundress who will prepare two meals a day (either breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner). The staff works 8 hours a day, 6 days a week on a shift basis (between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.). Night watchman on the estate.
