Senderlea is a delightful private hideaway in a cliffside location with wonderful sea views. There is direct stairway access to a sandy secluded beach which is great for snorkelling as well as swimming. It is situated close to Holetown where there are shopping facilities and many fine restaurants. Tennis and golf are available within a 10 minute drive at Sugar Hill, Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane.
The house is surrounded by a tropical garden with a swimming pool (15 x 10’8”) overlooking the sea. The pool deck has seating for up to six people. A large covered terrace outside the house has a comfortable furnished seating area and a dining area. From here there are lovely views of the pool, heated outdoor Jacuzzi, the gardens and the sea. There is a further dining area in an oceanfront dining gazebo which has a ceiling fan and dining table, seating 8. From here, stairs lead down to an outdoor shower, terrace and the beach.
Beautifully furnished and equipped, the accommodation includes an air conditioned home gym (with multi-gym and bicycle) and air conditioned study equipped with cable TV, VCR and stereo. There is also a fax machine and high speed internet access. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and safes. This is a non-smoking villa and no children are accepted under the age of 12 years.
