This property is a detached Mediterranean style villa with private plunge pool located in the exclusive Merlin Bay beachfront property in St James. Guests can enjoy use of the large lagoon-style swimming pool and sun deck set in beautifully landscaped gardens, shared with other villas within the estate.

The ground floor bedroom opens to the plunge pool terrace and two bedrooms upstairs open to private balconies overlooking plunge pool and garden. The Indoor dining room opens onto a tropical atrium with a large pine dining table, which can comfortably seat up to 12. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.

The plunge pool is 11’ x 15’, 4’6” deep). Set at the back of the secluded grounds, a garden path leads to the central pool and the beach beyond (about 100 yds). Watersports are available on the beach on request. Further amenities at the property include ceiling fans, satellite TV, VCR, CD player and a safe. There is also ADSL internet access (wireless access available for guests who bring their laptops).
