Mullins Mill is a home of unique character, constructed around an old sugar mill dating back to 1690. It is situated in a fabulous location above Gibbs Beach in over 8 acres of tropical landscaped gardens overlooking the Caribbean Sea. A path through the gardens and across a bridge leads to a superb cliffside swimming pool (33 x 19’, 3’ at shallow end and 5’6” at deep end), and Jacuzzi with adjoining pool house (with kitchenette and shower room). An octagonal cliffside gazebo, also with great views, is the perfect location for breakfast, tea or evening cocktails. To the east of the main house there is a tennis court, garden and orchard.
A circular driveway with fountain and lily pond lead to the main house and entrance is into what was the original mill, with polished wooden floors and antique furniture in the foyer and the circular sitting room. Mullins can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 air conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and coffee and tea making facilities. Four of the bedrooms are in the main house (one at the top of the original sugar mill) and two in the guest cottage in the grounds. Bathrobes are provided and there is also a safe for storing valuables. A spacious sitting/dining terrace overlooks the vast gardens. The many amenities include an office/library equipped with fax, lap top and internet access and a TV room with satellite TV, VCR and DVD.
The beach is just 5 minutes drive down the hill, where guest have use of the owner’s beach house consisting of two changing rooms, a shower, WC, wet bar with fridge and electric kettle, and an indoor sitting area, as well as a beachside gazebo with table and chairs, seating 12. Further beachside amenities include a built-in barbecue, beach umbrellas, sun loungers and children’s toys. Lunch is usually prepared at the main house and transported to the beach house as required.

Master bedroom with 4-poster king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom, opening to balcony and with en-suite bathroom.

Round Mill bedroom with 4-poster double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Guest Cottage
2 twin bedrooms with e-suite bathrooms.
All twin bedrooms can be made up as double beds if required.
