Caprice is a luxurious two-storey villa situated in a wonderful position on a rocky bluff at Reeds Bay with great sea views. There is a snorkelling reef directly in front of the house, and steps lead down from the sun deck to the beach to the south of the property, where there is good swimming. Reeds Bay, is situated on the west coast, mid-way between the towns of Holetown and Speightstown. It is just a short drive to golf and tennis at the Royal Westmoreland, or north to Mullins Beach with watersports and spa facilities.
Just off the entrance foyer, between the bedrooms and the sitting room is a private plunge pool (22 x 10’) with waterfall and a small sun deck. At the front of the villa, a covered veranda furnished with comfortable seating and a dining area, opens to a spacious sun deck, facing the ocean and equipped with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
The interiors are fully air conditioned and have been refurbished throughout with marble floors and top quality furnishings. The two upstairs bedrooms open to private ocean-front balconies. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD player and VCR (both U.S.A. compatible only). There is also a stereo/CD/cassette player in the sitting room and high speed ADSL internet access with wireless connection for guests who bring their laptops.
