CAPTAIN'S BAY

Situated on a point overlooking glorious Captain’s Bay on the north-eastern tip of the island, this fabulous property features a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness centre, luxurious accommodation and many other amenities. Surrounded by water on three sides, it benefits from panoramic sea views and wonderful evening sunsets.

Outside the house is a heated Olympic size swimming pool with furnished sun deck with both covered and uncovered areas for relaxing. Meals can be taken indoors, or under a 40 ft. covered terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. The living room is furnished with Italian designer furniture and there is state of the art music system throughout the villa. The five bedrooms all have sea views and open to terraces. All have air conditioning, fans, cable TV, internet, DVD and VCR.

Ten full time staff are on hand to provide a full service, including a full time French chef and a bartender to prepare drinks and light snacks. A full time concierge is there to help with any arrangements you require, including restaurant reservations, a masseur, personal trainer or secretarial work. This is a wonderful property for either a group of friends or business retreat, offering total luxury. It is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years.

A licensed helicopter pad is on site and transfers can be arranged from St. Maarten/St. Martin to the property. The glorious white sand beach at Captain’s Bay is just below the property. Very picturesque, the beach here is ideal for walking and picnics, but not so suitable for swimming as there is a strong undertow.
