This fabulous villa with its many facilities, is great for a family holiday or for a group of friends. It is situated just two kilometres from the beaches at Puerto Pollensa, in a quiet secluded location in large private grounds, including lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers and orchards. There are lovely views towards the Tramontana mountains in the distance, as well as over the surrounding countryside and pine tree forest.
Built in a U-shape around a courtyard, most of the rooms open to covered terraces, leading to the central lawn and, just beyond this, the swimming pool area. Decorative wrought-iron gates have been installed where the bedrooms open to the terrace, as well as around the swimming pool, for the safety of young children. However, please note that the doors from the apartment open directly to the pool terrace. The pool, which can be heated on request (additional charge) is 6 x 12.5m, with step access and a pool slide. Within the grounds there is also a new tennis court, a ping pong table and a children’s playground.
The house, with its circular tower containing the two main bedrooms, is full of character. It is light, spacious and very comfortably furnished. The large living area opens to an extensive bougainvillea-clad terrace, furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors. The dining area has a summer kitchen with fridge, cooker and sink and a built-in barbecue. Further amenities include satellite television, central heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Accessed from the courtyard there are:
1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, which can be connected to a children’s bedroom with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. At the end closest to the swimming pool is a small apartment with double bedroom with en-suite shower room, sitting area and kitchenette. A sofa-bed can be used for an extra child.
