This luxurious villa is set on a large private estate on the stunning North West coast of Mallorca, just south of Valldemossa, between the traditional town of Esporles and the picturesque terraced village of Banyalbufar. Both these villages provide a variety of restaurants and tapas bars, as well as other local amenities. The estate is approximately 4,000 acres, set in mountains, valleys, pine forests, farmland and 5 kms of coastline,.offering complete privacy for guests.
Guests are free to enjoy walking on the numerous paths on the estate, among the terraced olive trees or along a beautiful coastal walk. There is also direct access to a pebble beach. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house dating from the 1800’s, unused now, but forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with citrus trees, almonds and thousands of olive trees. There is one other villa to rent on the estate, Villa Tinta, but this is in a completely different and private part of the estate.
Villa Blanca is built in a traditional Mallorcan style, around a central courtyard with lemon and olive trees. It has terracotta floors and exposed beamed ceilings, and has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The rooms open to terraces, with each bedroom having its own terrace with table and chairs and views of the sea and mountains. The bedrooms, 2 doubles with their own sitting area, and 2 twins, all have en-suite marble bathrooms, and open to their own furnished terraces. All living areas have their own individual air conditioning. Further amenities include computer access, satellite television, video, DVD, Bose hi-fi and surround-sound system in living and dining room, and a selection of videos, DVDs and CDs.
The several outdoor terraces include a shaded dining area with seating for 8 – 10 people. To the rear of the house there is a large raised sun terrace, furnished with teak sun loungers and with a heated swimming pool (12 x 6m). There is also a shared tennis court on the estate.
Concierge services are provided by a resident management couple, who will also do a pre-arrival shopping service. A continental breakfast is prepared each day, and the services of a cook for one meal a day (cost of food extra) is also included. There is also a welcome pack of food on arrival, including a mixed case of wine, water and soft drinks. A full shopping service (pre-arrival and during stay) is included. The cost of pool heating and air conditioning is included in the rental price.
