Set in the countryside on the outskirts of the charming hilltop town of Artà, near Mallorca’s eastern coast, Villa Artà is within an easy drive of some wonderful sandy beaches and beautiful walks. Artà still has much of its medieval walls and fortifications intact and is dominated by the walled grounds of the magnificent Sanctuary of Sant Salvador, dating from the 14th Century. With a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, the town is just 20 minutes walk away from the property.
The villa is set in gardens with fruit trees and a swimming pool with surrounding, furnished sun terrace. From the house and garden there are stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Entrance is into a spacious and light living/dining room with original stone fireplace and doors to the terrace. The kitchen also opens to a sunny breakfast room with terrace.
