This spacious and very tastefully furnished property is situated in a peaceful, rural position between Manacor and Porto Christo, about 20 minutes from the beaches at Porto Christo and Calla Millor. From the house and garden there are wonderful views over the countryside in both directions, and four golf courses within 30 kms.

The house is surrounded by 4 acres of land, including a very pretty, well maintained garden with kidney-shaped swimming pool (approximately 10 x 8m). The accommodation comprises a main house, a guest house and a studio adjacent to the kitchen.

The living/dining room opens via French doors to the south west, onto the main terrace and garden, as well as to a sheltered vine-covered terrace with outdoor dining area and old Spanish baking oven. Amenities include air conditioning in the main house and satellite TV. Due to an unprotected staircase, the property is not suitable for very young children.

This is attached to the main house but accessed from outside terrace only. Small living/dining room with kitchenette. Double bedroom with queen-size bed. Twin bedroom. Shower room. Both bedrooms open to private terraces.

Maid service included 3 hours a day, 4 days a week.
