This very attractive stone and terracotta villa is situated in the countryside, close to the village of Santa Maria, between the centres of Binissalem and Palma. The owner keeps horses in an adjacent field and horseriding can be arranged for guests who already experienced riders.
The house is surrounded by a small lawned garden. Next to the house there is both a sauna and a shower room and above this is a decked terrace with 4 sunbeds and a plunge pool (3 x 6m). There are several furnished areas for relaxing and dining outside the house, including a covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue.
