This beautiful pink property is situated on the south coast of the island near Es Cubells, only 20 minutes from Ibiza town, and with spectacular views over the islands and peninsula towards Formentera. It is a very quiet area only 2 minutes from two small beaches, Cala Llentrisca and SesBoques. Close to this area are the small beaches of the west part of the island, Es Torrent, Porroig, Cala Yundal and Sa Caleta. It is possible to moor a boat in Es Cubells Bay.
At the front of the villa, the rooms open to a large covered terrace with dining and seating areas, and a lawn. Large palm trees frame the view. On the lower level, there is a swimming pool (12 x 4m) with Jacuzzi, and views over the sea. At this level there is also a barbecue with bar, a WC and a double bedroom with shower room.
Under the arches on the upper terrace, outside some of the bedrooms, there is a hammock, the perfect place for an afternoon siesta. The master bedroom has a private terrace, and also a home cinema. There are incredible views of the sea from both the bed in this bedroom, and the Jacuzzi bath. All the rooms have air conditioning and further amenities include satellite TVs in all bedrooms (French and Spanish channels, and others available at extra charge) and Wi-fi internet access.
