This beautiful old restored ‘finca’ is situated in the countryside near San Jose in the south-west of the island. The sheltered, sandy beach at Cala Bassa is just a 10 minute drive away. There are views from the property over the countryside to the sea in the distance at Es Cubells.
To the front of the house is an attractive covered terrace with both seating and dining areas. Beyond this a lawned area with palm trees and a swimming pool (10 x 4m). A further terrace has a fountain and barbecue. The grounds are filled with trees, vines and flowers and there is also a tennis court.
The traditional interiors have exposed beamed ceilings and stone walls and are furnished with country furniture. Amenities include satellite television, hi-fi and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. All the accommodation is on ground floor level, with the owners room on the first floor closed off.
