An old Finca, tastefully restored, situated on a small hill just off the road between San Jose and Ibiza town. As well as having a great view of the citadel and the sea at Las Salines, it is also conveniently located for the clubs.

The property has 800 sqm of living space and is surrounded by a hectare of land with many paved terraces and an exotic garden, with palms and bougainvillea. The large private pool (16 x 6m, step access) is surrounded by furnished sun terraces with plenty of sun loungers. Behind the house is a floodlit tennis court.

Thick walls make this a cool house in the summer. There are several living rooms, each with large sofas with Moroccan cushions and coloured beamed ceilings. The ground floor rooms open to a large covered terrace with sitting and dining areas. Further amenities include satellite TV and a video library with around 80 films. The caretaker lives in separate accommodation on the property.

Double bedroom with king-size/or twin bed/s and en-suite bathroom, opening to a terrace. 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one opening to a terrace, and the other to a balcony.

Maid service 6 hours per day, 6 days per week. Housekeeper will welcome you at the airport.
