This beautiful ‘finca’ style villa is located near the town of Santa Eulalia del Rio, Ibiza’s third largest town. The town offers good shopping, restaurants and night life and is also close to several good beaches, the closest of which is the Playa del Pinos, situated at the mouth of the seasonal Rio de Santa Eulalia, which dries up in the summer.
The house is surrounded by an established garden with fruit trees and flowering plants. On a slightly lower level to one side of the house is the swimming pool (9 x 4m). The pool terrace offers both sunny and shady areas for sitting and a pool shower.
The accommodation consists of a main house and two studio bedrooms, opening to private terraces. The interiors have been decorated and furnished in a traditional style, with terracotta tiled floors, white walls, exposed beamed ceilings and country furniture.
