This property sits in a panoramic position at the top of a hill surrounded by farmland and trees. The farm is the largest on the island and there is also a riding school where horses can be hired. There are wonderful views from the property over the countryside to the sea in the distance at Santa Eulalia. The access road to the property is quite rough, but once there it is a haven of peace and tranquillity.
The house is on two levels, built into the side of the hill. There are several covered terraces, including one just off the sitting room on the upper level, which takes full advantage of the lovely views. The swimming pool (12 x 5m) is on the lower level, where there is also a barbecue. There is also a large flat roof terrace for sunbathing on top of the property.
The interiors have been modernised very tastefully, retaining the original exposed ceiling beams and terracotta floor tiles. Pretty colours and wall tiles add to the charming ambience. Amenities include satellite television and hi-fi system.
