From the property there are wonderful views to the coast and the island of Formentera can be seen in the distance.
To the rear of the house is a swimming pool (10 x 5m), surrounded by a large furnished sun terrace. The rooms open up to lovely covered terraces also furnished, with areas for both sitting and relaxing, and dining outdoors. There is a security system at the property and covered parking area for up to six cars.
