This villa has a wonderful cliffside location at Cala Moli in the west of the island, with views over the sea. There are two paths with steps leading down to the sea for swimming. Cala Moli beach is just a two minute drive away.
Entrance to the property is through a gate into a shady courtyard with parking for three cars. The house is surrounded by a terraced garden with trees. On one of the levels is the swimming pool (10 x 12m) with step access and overflow effect. Steps lead down from this level to further terraces, one with double bed seating for relaxing and enjoying the sunset, which is spectactular on this side of the island.
The decoration and furnishing is Moroccan in style, with beamed ceilings, tiled floors, Moroccan lamps and doors, and many of the rooms are painted in bright vibrant colours. The living room opens to a covered terrace for relaxing outdoors and with steps leading down to the lower terraces. The master bedroom on the first floor is particularly spacious and opens to its own private terrace. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a little house at the back of the garden at this property with a double, single, shower-room and kitchenette. It is simple but could be used for staff/teenagers.
