This modern and very comfortable villa is situated in a peaceful position in the countryside near San Rafael. San Rafael is a pretty small village on the road between Ibiza town and San Antonio, and has a few basic food shops, a bank, pottery workshops and several very good restaurants. The villa is about five minutes drive from the Can Lluc hotel, and breakfast at the hotel is included in the rental price.
The accommodation is all on one level, with the open-plan living/dining room/kitchen opening to a terrace, with pergola covered dining area. Beyond this is the swimming pool (8 x 5m, fenced in for the safety of young children. There is also a small garden with lawn where you can sunbathe or rest in the shade.
The main villa sleeps five people comfortably, and there is a studio in a separate building with another double bedroom, available at extra cost. There is also an outside utility room and WC, and a shower by the swimming pool. Further facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, alarm system, safe and a barbecue. Stays of less than a week are possible out of high season, and lower occupancy rates are also available.
