This modern, recently built villa sits in a peaceful position with views over the countryside, close to the beach at Cala Benirras. The charming village of Santa Gertrudis, with shops and restaurants, is also just a 5 minute drive away. Cala Benirras, between San Miguel and San Joan, is one of the most beautiful beaches on Ibiza, 150m long and 40m wide to the sea. Shallow and sandy, and facing west, it is also ideal for watching the sunsets.
The rooms open to a pergola-covered terrace, then a sun terrace with a grey slate swimming pool (11x 4m, with steps). The pool colour changes according to the height of the sun. There are also pergolas on both sides of pool, and fabulous views.. The surrounding garden is filled with huge palm trees and flowerbeds full of hibiscus.
The very spacious interiors have marble floors and high wooden beamed ceilings. There are six large bedrooms, all of a similar size and high standard. One is in the main house and the rest are accessed externally from the terrace. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD and an American style modern kitchen.
