A pathway leads down from the house to the rocks at the edge of the sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The beach at Cala Moli is just one kilometre further down the road at the bottom of the hill.
Surrounded by pine trees, the property is very private. To the front of the house the rooms open to covered terraces with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the shade. To one side, on a lower level, is a sun terrace with swimming pool and barbecue.
The accommodation is on two levels, with the living areas and master bedroom on the ground floor, and the other three bedrooms on the same level as the swimming pool. The interiors are simply, but charmingly furnished and decorated, with terracotta tiled floors, white walls and dark blue doors and shutters.
