This beautiful, modern villa is situated just a few minutes walk from Cala Carbo beach. There are splendid views from the living room, the bedrooms and the pool area, over the sea and the small islands of Vedra and Vedranell. Several terraces at different levels also benefit from wonderful views, and magnificent sunsets. All the beaches of the south west coast of the island are within a 15 kms radius of this property. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car and San Jose village is at 7 kms.
Cala Carbo is a small beach which, thanks to its enclosed surroundings, is well protected. It is thick sand alternating with pebbly areas and the gradient is very gentle, scarcely reaching a metre in depth at 25 metres from the shore, and allowing you to walk out roughly 50 metres. There is a small restaurant there offering typical Ibizan food.
The large free-form swimming pool is 120 sq.m. and surrounded by a huge teak pool terrace. Surrounding the house is a well maintained garden filled with many large palm trees. The very spacious double living room is equipped with French satellite TV and hi-fi, and opens directly to the pool terrace. All six bedrooms have air-conditioning.
