The Ibiza Villa Book

Destination Guide
Ibiza offers all the ingredients for a perfect holiday, whether you are looking for peace and tranquillity, or for a lively and sophisticated nightlife. It has held appeal for the young and fashionable since the hippy era of the 60s, but is less well known for its unspoilt rural landscape of pines, almonds, olives, fig and orange trees, and secluded coves. Situated between two worlds, Africa and Europe, the island encompasses the culture of both, in its architecture and interiors design, giving it a definite sense of style and atmosphere of the exotic. This is reflected in the superb properties we have for rent here, ranging from beautiful old converted fincas in the peace of the countryside, to luxurious villas on the coast with sea views. Being only 48 kilometres long, it is an easy island to explore, and a car is essential for getting around and discovering the real Ibiza and its charming island villages. As well as a good selection of superb restaurants, you will also find exquisite craft and interior design shops. For families, there are both crowded and quiet beaches and two exciting waterparks for children. Other activities include private cruises, diving, tennis, golf, mini-golf and a variety of watersports. You can also visit the nearby tiny island of Formentera, 7 kilometres away, with its megalithic relics and unique beaches. The old part of Ibiza town, D'Alt Vila, is Europe’s most ancient fortress city, perched high on the hillside to one side of the port. A wander through its narrow cobbled streets is fascinating with its old castle, cathedral and Museum of Contemporary Art.
