These four brand new one bedroom apartments are situated in a building in the centre of ‘El Born’, in the Old Town, rapidly becoming the trendiest neighbourhood in Barcelona. The area is full of art galleries, designer boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightlife and, within a short walk, there are many museums, churches and other places of interest, including the wonderful 14th century church of Santa Maria del Mar. The ‘Parc de la Ciutadella’ (adjacent to ‘El Born’) is a fantastic park area where you can walk, rent bicycles and roller-blades, as well as listen to open-air jazz concerts and watch jugglers, in an exciting atmosphere just a 15 minute walk from the beach. ‘Las Ramblas’ is approximately 15 minutes walk from the apartments in the other direction.
The building was completely renovated in 2003, including the installation of a lift. The apartments all have air conditioning, satellite television, DVD, stereo CD player and ADSL internet connection. The walls are painted in warm Mediterranean colours and exposed ceiling beams add to the authenticity and charm.
The apartments have all been decorated and furnished in the same style and the photos shown are examples of the interiors. The rooms are filled with warm natural light through the large windows, some with small balconies. For larger groups, several apartments can be rented. Minimum stay here is three nights.
