This large Victorian mansion is located in Tamboerskloof, an upscale residential neighbourhood close to trendy shops and restaurants on nearby Kloof Street. Table Mountain cable car, the Waterfront and Camps Bay beach are all a 10 minute drive away.

Stunning day and night views of Table Mountain can be enjoyed from the house and from the terrace with swimming pool, and water overflow feature. There are also patios off most of the bedrooms.

Decorated in contemporary African style and tastefully furnished, the large living room has an open fireplace and an entertainment area with satellite TV. There is wireless internet access throughout the house, and a sound system in every bedroom. Four of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths. The house has an alarm system and there is garage parking.
