Its hilltop position amongst two hectares of farmland offers views of the coast and is within easy reach of beaches and golf courses. As well as its golden sandy beaches and championship golf courses, this part of the Algarve is also known for its pretty countryside and nature walks, sleepy white washed villages with friendly locals and reasonably priced restaurants and bars. There several places of interest to visit nearby such as the quaint village of Alte and the Baroque palace of Estoi.
Quinta da Caiada is surrounded by terraces and a lawned garden, framed by almond, olive and citrus trees. The pretty swimming pool (12.5 x 5m) with a surrounding sunbathing terrace, outdoor shower, and separate shallow area for children sits to one side of the grounds and there is also, a charming outdoor covered barbecue and dining terrace at the rear of the property.
The interiors are warm and extremely comfortable with generously proportioned rooms.
