Waterford Landing is a magnificent architecturally designed property situated right on the edge of the water, with its own private jetty. From the house and garden, there are stunning water and mountain views. Pauanui village and beach are both only about 10 minutes walk away. An outdoor entertaining area in the garden is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven or barbecue, and a utility area with a fish smoker for processing the catch of the day. A self-contained flat on-site is available for use by a nanny, driver or chef.
