The area offers superb skiing at Coronet Peak, or at the Remarkables’ ski fields, a short drive away. In the summer, there are many opportunities for stunning and peaceful walks through some of the most spectacular countryside in New Zealand For those looking for adventure, there is bungy jumping, river rafting and jet boating, to name just a few. Or, you can take a leisurely boat trip on Lake Wakatipu, or visit one of the art galleries, wineries, international golf courses or health spas. Alternatively, you may prefer to spend time just relaxing on the terrace, enjoying the sweeping views across the valley to the mountains beyond. A concierge service is available to arrange extra luxuries, such as in-house spas, catering, restaurant recommendations and babysitters to make your stay perfect from beginning to end. Minimum stay here is 3 nights, but 2 night stays will be considered, on request.
The interiors of the house combine country style with luxurious contemporary living. The living room features double height windows, a large open fireplace and French doors opening to the garden. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, all with queen-size beds, luxurious possum throws, and stunning views across the valley. A further bunk rooms downstairs sleeps three, and is available for extra guests or children.
