Built in the style of a traditional riyad, the house is built around the typical central courtyard, with stunning zellij (tiles), tadelakt and painted wood works inspired from the Palais Jamai. It has two main living rooms leading from each side of the central courtyard, one western living room with fireplace and one traditional Moroccan living room, both with warm terracotta Tadelakt. The central courtyard leads out to the garden with infinity pool, overlooking the Golf Course and the ocean.
The bedrooms are on the first and second floors and the terrace, equipped with a bar and barbecue, has a breathtaking view over the beach and golf course. The rooms are air conditioned and further amenities include satellite television, a small fitness room, a hamman and events facilities.
