This traditional Moorish style property is situated in the countryside about 10 miles south of Marrakech. The Amanjena Hotel, and two of the best golf courses in Marrakech are just a 15 minute drive away. Marrakech has the largest souk in Morocco and its main square, Jemaa-el-Fna is alive by day with everything from acrobats, story tellers, snake charmers and musicians, and by night it becomes a huge open-air restaurant offering traditional Moroccan cuisine.
The distinctive terracotta coloured villa is set within a spacious, level garden with swimming pool and beautiful views to the Atlas Mountains, a one hour drive away. Excursions can be arranged for trekking, climbing, horse riding, quad biking and hot air ballooning. Camel treks can also be arranged in the Marrakech Palmeraie or in the Sahara Desert.
The accommodation is all on one level, with all the rooms leading off from a large central atrium. The bedrooms are down a hallway to the left of the atrium, while the kitchen and dining areas are to the right. The sitting room is in the south-west corner of the house, next to the Moroccan living room, which is equipped with TV, video and DVD. Doors open from the sitting room and living room to a covered terrace, with views over the garden towards the swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms open to terraces and there is a further enclosed garden leading off from the central atrium. The property has air conditioning, fast internet access, and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. Minimum stay here is 3 nights, except for high season (Christmas and Easter), when the miinimum stay is 5 nights.
