Located in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech, the spacious and luxurious property is accessed by a five minute drive through the palm forest, giving it a feeling of seclusion and peace. Built on approximately 5 acres of land, the house is surrounded by gardens which include a huge overflowing swimming pool (25 x 12m) with views to the Atlas Mountains.
The house has been designed in the style of a Kasbah, built around numerous common living areas, which all converge onto a magnificent courtyard. The ground floor terrace has views of the garden and pool, while the first floor terrace has a 180 degree view of the palm forest and the Atlas Mountains in the distance. With dining areas in the courtyard, on the terraces, the traditional Moroccan living room, the Berber tent, by the swimming pool, as well as the main dining room, you can spend a week at Dar Iman and never dine in the same place twice!
The decoration and furnishings are very subtle with oriental, ethnic and modern influences. All the bedrooms, except the single bedroom, have air conditioning. As one of the most exclusive properties in Morocco, it belongs to the ‘Signature Collection’ of villas, designed especially for clients looking for a particularly high standard of service. Full board is included on request, at extra cost, with Moroccan gastronomic meals and soft drinks, an English butler, a full concierge service and airport transfers. For larger groups of up to 21 people, there are four additional pavilion rooms, all air conditioned and with private garden, and roof terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains. The bedrooms in the pavilion are all double beds, while 5 out of the 6 bedroooms in the main house can be made up as double beds or twins on request. Some of the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a couple and 2 children, if this is required.
