This very pretty villa has a superb beach front location, a short walk from the Hotel Trou aux Biches in the north west of the island. Trou aux Biches beach is a long stretch of white sand, safe for swimming, and with a variety of watersports on offer. The hotel has a 9-hole golf course which can be used by non residents. The lively centre of Grand Baie, with good shopping and restaurants, is just 8 kms away.
A large veranda at the front of the house is furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors while enjoying the sea views. A small lawn with palm trees leads from here directly to the sandy beach. Beach loungers and towels are provided. The property also has an outdoor jacuzzi.
The interiors are spacious, light and airy, with white tiled floors and attractive colonial-style furniture. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, music system and a safe. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and open to either a front terrace with sea view, or to the rear garden.
