This very appealing beach house is situated on the east of the island at Roches Noires. A residential area, it is ideal for those looking for peace and relaxation away from the more busy areas of the island. The property borders a pure white sand beach. Sporting facilities close by include a kitesurf school and the golf courses at Belle Mare and Ile aux Cerfs. At nearby Trou d’Eau Douce, it is possible to rent boats or take a sailing trip.
Attractively built in wood, with a thatched roof, the house opens to a small garden, leading directly to the beach. On the end closest to the beach, is a decked area with sun umbrella, table and chairs for enjoying meals or drinks ‘al fresco’.
A terrace directly outside the house has both a living and dining area. The attractive interiors have high pitched ceilings with exposed beams and have been furnished with rattan and wooden furniture, upholstered in warm colours. Two bedrooms have air conditioning and the others all have fans. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, music centre, safe and barbecue. The following services can be provided at the villa at extra charge: Arrival shopping basket of basic supplies, arrival meal (lunch or dinner) and prepaid cards for international phone calls and internet access. Masseurs and caterers for meals can also be arranged on request.
