This charming small house is situated on a rural estate in a quiet position, 3 kilometres away from the village of Montopoli. It is a particularly beautiful, relatively undiscovered area of Tuscany and ideal for those looking for complete peace and privacy. Just 10 kilometres from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence, it is also a good base from which to explore Tuscany. Both Pisa and Florence can be reached in around half and hour and the famous Tuscan town of San Gimignano is 40 minutes away, as is the Castelfalfi golf course.

The house is surrounded by a very large, flat and well maintained garden, completely fenced making it very safe for young children. There is a children’s play area and a swimming pool (12 x 6m). At one side of the house there is an attractive covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining.
The rooms are tastefully furnished and amenities include central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, satellite TV, hi-fi system and a fax machine. Our other property, Le Rondini, which sleeps 9 people, is on the same estate, so the two properties can be rented together for larger groups of up to 14 people.
