Al Seminario is situated in a private and beautiful position in the hills between Lucca and the coast. From the property, there are spectacular views over the countryside and the plains of Pisa and Lucca in the distance. The nearest beaches are conveniently only a 30 minute drive away, and the nearest motorway exit (Massarosa), just 20 minutes, making it easy to visit Lucca and other Tuscan towns.
The interiors have been furnished in a charming and comfortable country style. A wisteria-covered pergola stretches along the front of the house, with terrace furnished for outdoor dining. In the garden to the front of this, in a wonderful position to take advantage of the views, is a special swimming pool (12 x 5m) with overflow water effect.
On request, it is possible to arrange mountain biking excursions, hiking, horseback riding and boating in the Lucca province. Cooking services are also available on request.
