This complex, with four apartments, is situated on a hillside just 1 km from the centre of Siena. Once open farmland, this has now become one of the most prime residential areas of the city. 20 metres from the property is a bus stop with regular service to and from Siena every 30 minutes. There is also a basic food shop, bar and newsagent just a short walk away. For those who wish to explore the surrounding area, and do not want to drive, and also for airport transfers, the owners can arrange a car and driver. They will also arrange activities, such as wine tastings and horseback riding in the surrounding hills. The owners live in separate accommodation next to the complex.
Access to the complex is by an electronic gate, leading to a parking area. Within the grounds, in a panoramic location, is a swimming pool (12 x 6m), with furnished sun terrace. From the pool area, steps lead up to a large lawned area with views to the Duomo and the historic centre of Siena. To the left of this are apartments Zefiro and Scirocco, which can be rented individually, or linked by an internal door for groups of up to 7 people. The other two apartments, Alisei and Eolo, open to a central terrace, and can also be linked by an internal door for groups of up to 10 people. For large groups the entire complex can be rented together.
Each of the apartments has a private, furnished garden space near its entrance, as well as the common garden areas. All have all been furnished charmingly, and have traditional cotto floors and exposed beamed ceilings. They all have air conditioning and heating, both of which are included in the rental price. Each has satellite TV and a baby cot and high chair are available. There is a laundry room for shared use in one of the buildings.
