This beautiful villa, right on the edge of the sea in the Iditella area, is just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The views are outstanding, across the sea to the islands of Stromboli, Basiluzzo and Lisca Bianca. To sit on the terrace here at sunset, watching the fishing boats and the lights of the small village, and listening to the sound of the sea breaking on the rocks, is an unforgettable experience!
Panarea is the smallest and most picturesque of the Aeolian Islands, and is situated 11.5 miles from Lipari. Its small size (3 kms long and 2 kms wide) mean that it is possible to get around by foot, or take one of the island’s golf cart taxis. To explore some of the small offshore islands, coves and beaches, it is possible to hire a boat. On Panarea itself, there are two beaches, both reachable by foot, the beautiful little cove of Cala Junco, and the more isolated ‘Stone Beach’. Its exclusive ambience, with huge yachts moored offshore, and a private helicopter landing pad, its quaint little winding torch-lit alleys, offering good restaurants and boutiques, testify to its increasing popularity.
The villa is arranged on two levels, as two apartments, which together can accommodate 6 people. There are terraces at both levels overlooking the sea. On the top (road) level, there is a further large terrace, furnished for sun bathing. Transfers to the house from the harbour or heliport are included in the price. Air conditioning and heating are also included. A welcome buffet dinner with wine can be arranged on request.

In summer there are at least 6 daily hydrofoils and a daily ferry linking Panarea with Stromboli to the north-east, and to Salina, with a service on to Lipari and Milazzo (in Sicily), to the west.
