This beautiful mediterranean style villa sits in a quiet, tranquil location in the north of Sardinia, just 2 kms from Santa Teresa di Galllura with its yacht harbour. From its wonderful position high on the rocks, there are breathtakiing views over the sea to the impressive white cliffs of Bonifacio and the small islands just off Corsica.
The area is less crowded than the nearby famous Costa Smeralda and it is a good base for exploring the beautiful Sardinian coastline, as well as for taking day trips to Corsica. For those wanting to visit the Costa Smeralda with its lively nightlife and smart restaurants, resorts such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are within 30 - 50 minutes drive. A beautiful boat with skipper is available at extra cost.
The house has several entrances and is planned in such a way to be ideal for a group of people holidaying together, yet requiring some independence. The ground floor rooms open to a lovely veranda at the front of the house, with an outdoor dining area. The villa is well furnished and equipped but the rooms on the lower ground floor are not of the same standard as those on the other two floors. Within the garden there is a swimming pool (9 x 4m).
