This villa is situated in the exclusive residential village of Porto Rafael, at the centre of the Archipelago della Maddalena National Park, on the north coast of Sardinia. The famous Piccolo Pevero Golf Course and the Costa Smeralda with its lively nightlife, are both only half an hour away. The beach is only 80 metres away, on the opposite side of a small road which runs past the grounds of the villa.
The villa is surrounded by 4000 metres of land, with lawns and the wilder 'macchia mediterranea'. A terrace at the front of the house has an outdoor dining area with views over the sea. A further patio with outdoor dining area has a barbecue and a wood oven.
All the bedrooms open to a small terrace, and the garden. The interiors are not luxurious, and the house is popular more for its beachside location and views, in this very desirable area of Sardinia.
