The views from the property are stunning from almost every angle - west over Tremezzo, east to the Grigne mountain range, or north over the beautiful promontory of Bellagio with the three branches of Lake Como and the Alps in the background. The historical centre of Bellagio, with a good selection of shops and restaurants, is just a 5 minute drive down hill. There is also an efficient local boat service from Bellagio for exploring other towns and attractions on the lake. Within a two minute drive there are three restaurants/pizzerias, a bakery, a bar and a small grocery store.
Other activities available in Bellagio include swimming at the Lido di Bellagio, with swimming pool and private beach, a spa centre, tennis courts and opportunities for horse riding, windsurfing and fishing. Membership at the Bellagio Sporting Club can be arranged for guets. Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can also be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment/villa. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request.

The living room and double bedroom at first floor level open to a covered terrace furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors while enjoying the views. At ground floor level there is a wine cellar, offering some of the best wines produced in the area, and also a Turkish sauna and gym. Within the landscaped garden is a swimming pool (heated on request), with furnished sun terrace. There is outdoor parking for 3 cars.
