This apartment is situated in the centre of the picturesque town of Nesso, halfway between Bellagio and Como. It offers a perfect base for those who want to explore this beautiful area, as well as the chance to live as part of an authentic Italian lakeside town. The local shops are just a short walk away, as well as a good family run pizzeria. Nesso is well served with public boats, with easy access to many of the towns and villages around the lake. Como and Bellagio are each just a 20 minute drive away. There is a parking space by the property, where up to 2 cars can park comfortably.
Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment/villa. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request. Lake Como offers many water based activities including boat trips to historic villages and other places of interest, water skiing, wind surfing, sailing and swimming. Membership at the Bellagio Sporting Club, with swimming pool and tennis courts can also be arranged for guests during their stay.
Entrance to the property is up five steps into the living room which overlooks the lake, and opens to a terrace with stunning lake views. Both bedrooms also have beautiful lake views. There is TV (Italian channels only) and the property is also equipped with a washing machine. Central heating, if required, is payable locally on consumption.
