These two identical apartments are situated in a building in a fabulous position right on the lakeside between the towns of Nesso and Lezzeno. There are wonderful views over the lake to the town of Argegno on the other side, with the Intelvi Valley, which separates Lake Como from Lake Lugano, rising majestically behind it. Within 5 minutes drive there are restaurants, bars, clubs with swimming pools, and access to the lake for swimming, water skiing and other water sports, as well as a pharmacy and small food shop. Within 10 minutes drive is the charming town of Bellagio. There are also great nature hikes to explore by foot and, for golf, the historical 18 hole golf course of Menaggio is just a short boat drive away.
The two apartments are identical, with the same furnishings. One is situated on the lower level and one on a higher level. They each benefit from air conditioning, stereo music system which can be enjoyed in every room and satellite TV. The living rooms and master bedrooms in each apartment open to balconies. There is a sofa-bed in the living room to accommodate an additional guest.
The property is accessed from the road down 70 steps (porter service can be provided to help with luggage). Parking is easily available on the main road. The apartments share a lakeside sun deck, where you can relax in the sun and each apartment has its own outdoor covered dining area within the grounds. Whether you are dining ‘al fresco’, sunbathing on the sun deck at lake level, or relaxing and watching the boats go by, this property offers a great holiday base for exploring this beautiful area.
