The very spacious one bedroom apartment is situated right in the historic centre of Bellagio, in the famous Scalinata Serbelloni, the main street. Right outside the door you will find plenty of shops and restaurants, and also the lake, just a few metres away. Bellagio is very well served with ferries, passenger boats and hydrofoils for visiting the towns and villages around the lake, with the landing stage within a 3 minute walk of the apartment.
From the Scalinata Serbelloni, five steps lead to the main entrance of the building, and 17 steps will lead you to the first floor and the apartment. Newly furnished throughout, entrance is into the living/dining room with comfortable sofa-bed and TV (satellite News’ channels). French windows open to the small terrace with two chairs and lake views, ideal for sitting and watching the world go by. The bedroom also has views over the lake and the Scalinata Serbelloni. The apartment has both air conditioning and heating, which together with its central location, make it the perfect choice for a couple at any time of year. Heating and electricity costs are paid locally according to consumption.
Other activities available in Bellagio include swimming at the Lido di Bellagio, with swimming pool and private beach, a spa centre, tennis courts and opportunities for horse riding, windsurfing and fishing. Membership at the Bellagio Sporting Club can be arranged for guests during their stay. Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can also be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request.
