This apartment is situated in the small hamlet of Aureggio, a quiet, hidden corner close to Bellagio from where there are expansive views over the Lecco branch of Lake Como. The historical centre of Bellagio is just a 10 minute walk, or 3 minute drive, away. Bellagio offers a good variety of shops and restaurants, as well as a departure point for boats and hydrofoil services to other villages and places of interest around the lake. There are also a number of activities available including swimming at the Lido di Bellagio with an outside swimming pool and private beach, a spa centre, tennis courts and opportunities for horse riding, para gliding and fishing. Membership at the Bellagio Sporting Club can be arranged for guests during thier stay. Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request.
The apartment is accessed through a small front garden, up steps to the main entrance of the property. A further 19 steps lead up to the apartment, on the first floor. The accommodation is on two levels and has been newly refurbished throughout. The living room, on the lower level, opens to a balcony with views over the lake.
The living room is well furnished and equipped with satellite TV (news channels only), a fireplace and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. ADSL internet connection is available. Heating and electricity are payable locally on consumption.
