This apartment is situated in the village of Limonta, overlooking the Lecco branch of Lake Como, with views to Bellagio, the Grigne Mountain Range and the Rhaetian Alps in the distance. It is a wonderful base for thoise who wish to explore Lake Como by car or by boat. The Limonta landing stage is just 10 minutes walk from the property. Bellagio is 5 minutes drive away. For those who enjoy walking, there are some great scenic walks starting from Limonta town square, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are pebble beaches at both Bellagio and Onno, 10 minutes drive away, which also offers good windsurfing. There is no grocery store in Limonta, so food shopping would need to be done in Bellagio. Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request. Membership at the Bellagio Sporting Club can also be arranged for guests during their stay.
The apartment is light and airy and has recently been newly decorated and furnished, and offers beautiful views across the lake. The accommodation is on two levels, with one bedroom at ground floor level, adjacent to the living area, which opens to a sunny terrace, furnished with a table and 4 chairs and with wonderful views.
A spiral staircase leads from the living area to the first floor, with another double bedroom and a studio area with writing desk, also opening to a terrace with wonderful views of the lake. Amenities include TV, stereo system, books and board games, air conditioning and heating. A mobile phone is available for use by guests on request. Use of the phone as well as heating and electricity costs are charged extra. The property has a private parking space.
